Change History
We have added the Change History Function to the following Areas: Sites, Groups, Users, Roles, and Invoices. Please review the respective articles as needed. Here is the link to reviewing the Invoice Change History.

Requestor Cancelation
If an end-user cancels their own event with at least 1 day's notice to edit, and the event is approved. Anyone with Manage District Settings will automatically be notified. We have also updated the icon to be for the Requestor instead of a trash icon.
Blocked Date by Space Type
Admins can now create blocked dates based on Space Type. This includes a feature from our last release where you can target space types based on indoor and outdoor locations. Please click HERE to learn more.
Customize Email (Welcome Email)
We now allow admins to customize the email template for the Welcome Email. We will be adding future iterations of this feature and allowing customizations for status updates and other emails. Please click HERE to learn more.
Setting to Require Event Notes
At the classification level, we have added an option to make event notes required. In addition to this, each classification can have different prerequisite text input to help end-users on the request form. Please click HERE to learn more.
Work Order Integration (Notes)
When a request is associated with a work order and is edited, MLS will automatically send those updates to ML Work Orders. In addition, a new PDF file of the request details will be added to the work order. Please click HERE to learn more.
General Improvements
Reassign Group to a Reservation/Invoice
You asked and we listened. Admins can now change the Group/Manager and invoice on a request. We now allow this from the approved status and the "Schedule View". Please click HERE to learn more.
Note: When doing it from the schedule view, All Requests are going to be selected automatically. We don't allow schedules to be split up.
Dashboard PDF Export
Users who can view the Dashboard can now download a PDF view of all the widgets. Please click HERE to learn more.
Request All Spaces is Now Optional
We now allow admins to make this setting on the request page optional based on their district setting. The new setting can be found under your Request Settings. Please click HERE to learn more.
Additional Filters When Viewing A Schedule
Users who can view all occurrences now have filters to narrow down the schedule. The filters include the pending user as well as a date range option.
Allow Duplicate Groups
The district can now decide whether to allow duplicate group names. Please click HERE to learn more.
Event Notes Pre-facing Text
Each classification can be modified to require event notes. Admins can also input specific text in the event notes as pre-facing text to assist the Requestor with additional guidance. Please click HERE to learn more.
ADA Updates
You will notice some color differences and contrast changes; this is intended due to the accessibility audit update. If you have any questions regarding this, please submit a ticket to our support team.
