MasterLibrary Rebrand

All products have been rebranded as part of Follett Software. The following changes will take place.

1. New UI (Header and Left-side Menu)
2. Emails will come from Info@follettsoftware.com or Donotreply@follettsoftware.com
   1. It will be essential to whitelist this email

Highlighted Features 

Multi-Day Blocked Dates

Users with the ability to add blocked dates can now make it a single block instead of recurring, so your start and end dates will appear in a single row on the calendar, working similarly to Google and Outlook functionality. Please click HERE to learn more

Edit Site/Space on Multi-Recurring Request

Users with editing permissions can now modify the site and space area on Multi-Recurring requests when they check requests that share the same space on the view all occurrences page. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Help Text for Fields 

Admins can now add help text for their fields on the request form. This will provide additional context for specific fields, rather than having to use space notes. You can also give very specific instructions. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Note: This will become a tooltip on the form that can be clicked to view. 

Hide Setup and Breakdown Enhancement

When the setting to turn off setup and breakdown is enabled, the black setup and breakdown text has now been removed to prevent any confusion!

New Site Creation

When an admin adds a new building, anyone that had their role set to "All Buildings" will automatically include that new building by default. 

Admins Requesting on Behalf Of

If someone with "Manage District Settings and Request On Behalf of" is using the request on behalf of feature, they can automatically bypass insurance file requirements and additional group file requirements. Please click HERE to learn more. 

General Improvements 

Approval Path Adjustments

Approval Paths now have a change history, so you can see who is making updates to approval paths. In addition, when reviewing an approval path, the 'Restart Approval" option will no longer default to Yes. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Add Existing Users as Group Contacts

Group managers and Group Classification managers can now add contacts to groups using the existing feature option and add any user that already exists in the system. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Child Field Update

You can no longer associate child fields with specific spaces; they will automatically inherit the spaces used by the parent field. 

Delete Field Change

You can no longer delete a field if it has Costs, Requests, or Approval Paths associated with it.

Text Field Update

Text Fields responses have an increased character limit of 500. 

Add Space/Date Feature Update

When utilizing this feature, users can opt in to send those new additions through the usual approval process. It will also be required that the user has bypass approval to skip the approval process. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Integration Updates

Dragonfly (Away Games) Change

The formatting for away games has changed, so it will indicate the sport vs the away team specifically. Prior it shows the sport and home team at the away location. So this will be much clearer to users reviewing the calendar. Please click HERE to learn more. 

EventLink API Update

The event has a newly established API, and connections will be transferred automatically. We will also now bring over "Community Notes" from Eventlink into our External Notes.
