Highlighted Features 

Universal Search

Users can now search for a request from anywhere inside the system.  Please click HERE to learn more. 

Re-Open a Voided Invoice

Users with the "Can Send Invoice" permission can now take a voided invoice and restore it to the status Draft. Please click HERE to learn more.

Declined Reason (top of email)

When someone declines a request, the reason will now automatically appear at the top of the email instead of the notes at the bottom. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Attachments for Announcements

Admins have requested that we allow them to use attachments when sending email announcements to their users. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Indoor VS Outdoor Locations

We have received a lot of feedback from administrators on the desire to differentiate these types of facilities. We now allow space types to be tagged with indoor or outdoor for reporting purposes. Please click HERE to learn more. 

General Improvements 

End-User Upload Files

We have addressed a few complexities that will now ensure a smoother process when an end-user needs to upload a file to their reservation, such as a contract.

Setting Relocation

We have relocated some administrative settings, such as "Allow Requesters to enter additional information," to the request settings. 

Insurance Re-Approval Transparency

When an admin enables a classification to require re-approval when new insurance is submitted, we advise the end user before the update that there may be delays in the re-approval request. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Field Update for Creating Work Orders

We have made adjustments to reflect current functionality. If you use a Single-Select or Multi-Select drop-down, you can't create work orders automatically. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Dashboard Filtering Update

Instead of occupying a large area on the right side of the dashboards, we added a filter button at the top, where all the prior filtering options will now be located. Please click HERE to learn more. 

Integration/Public Display Updates

RSS Feed Setup Parameters

Admins can now utilize parameters under the display settings to include setup and breakdown times. Please click HERE to learn more. 

MSB Payment Express Update

MSB made an adjustment on their end regarding Iframes. We had to adjust the integration to open a new tab when navigating to the cart, rather than using an Iframe.
