Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can manage the general settings. These are district-wide settings.
You can:
- Approve or decline requested classifications.
- Search for group information.
- Sort and filter groups, based on selected criteria.
- Change information displayed for a group.
To manage general settings:
- Select Admin > Settings.
Click General Settings. The General Settings page appears.
Do any of the following:
a. Enter the district Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, and Phone number.
b. Set the following as desired:
Setting Description Hide Blocked Dates in Upcoming Event Email - Select Yes to hide blocked dates.
- Select No to show blocked dates.
Show Approve / Decline Buttons in Emails - Select Yes to let users approve/decline requests via email.
- Select No to prevent the buttons from showing via email, and requiring users to approve/decline in Schedules.
Days Pending Before Reminder E-mail Enter the number of days a request is pending before sending the approver a reminder email. Classification Approver E-mail(s) Enter the email of user(s) who can approve classification.
Note: They will receive a notification when a new group creates an account, so they can approve that group. E-mail for Contact Form Enter the email that community members contact for more information. Term & Conditions File Upload a PDF copy of your terms and conditions, which appears at the bottom of each request with a link to view the file.
Note: District Admins can remove the file by clicking Remove File. Receive Email for Group Files Enter the email of user(s) who manage group insurance forms.
Notes:
They will receive an email notification:
• If new group files are uploaded.
• For any groups that have expiring insurance.- Multiple emails can be listed if separated by a comma.
Days Notice for Expiring Insurance Enter the number of days before an insurance certificate expires to send a reminder.
Notes:
- The email is sent on the first of each month to all groups meeting the criteria, as well as groups with expired insurance information.
- Follett recommends 30 days or more.
- Notices are only sent to groups who have future requests.

- Click Save General Settings.
To view General Settings change history:
- Select Admin > Settings.
- Click General Settings.
- At the top-right, click Change History.
The log shows all changes and who made them.
