Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can change the requestor and group on pending and approved requests for one-time events.
To change the requestor on a single event:
- Select View > All Pending Requests or View All Requests.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The request appears.
Select Actions > Change Group / Requester. A pop-up appears.
Note: If the event is invoiced, the invoice is also updated. Do any of the following:
a. Select a new Group.
b. Select a new User.
c. To Send Email to old Requester, select the checkbox.
d. To Send Email to new Requester, select the checkbox.
- Click Save.
To change the requestor on recurring events:
- Select View > All Pending Requests or View All Requests.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The request appears.
- In the top-right, click View All Occurrences.
Select Actions > Change Group / Requester. A pop-up appears.
Notes:
- All occurrences will be updated.
- If the event is invoiced, the invoice is also updated.
Do any of the following:
a. Select a new Group.
b. Select a new User.
c. To Send Email to old Requester, select the checkbox.
d. To Send Email to new Requester, select the checkbox.
- Click Save.
