Users with the Manage district settings permission can update email templates.
| Important: You cannot change the template name. |
To update a template:
Select Settings > Manage Email Templates. The Email Templates page appears.
Next to the template you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
Do any of the following:
a. Update the Email Subject.b. Make any edits to the Email body.
Notes:
- You can use available placeholders for specific values that are relevant for each recipient.
- Available placeholders vary by template.
d. To change your template back to the original template provided by Follett, select Actions > Revert to Default.
e. To view the change history, select Actions > Change History.
- Click Save.
