Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can add, edit, or delete space types, such as classrooms, auditoriums, and athletic fields.
To add a new space type:
Select Locations > Manage Space Types. The Manage Space Types page appears.
Click + Add Space Type. A pop-up appears.
Enter the following:
Field Description Name Enter a unique name. Location Type Select either:
- Indoor
- Outdoor
- Click Save.
To manage an existing space type:
- Select Locations > Manage Space Types. The Manage Space Types page appears.
Next to the space type you want, do any of the following:
To... Then... Edit a space type a. Click . A pop-up appears
b. Make any desired changes.
c. Click Save.Delete a space type
Note: This is only available if the space type is not associated with any requests or events. a. Click . A confirmation message appears.
b. Click Yes.
