Highly Requested Features
Request on behalf of NON-primary managers
Users with the administrative setting "Request on Behalf of" can now request on behalf of any manager inside the system. Previously, only the primary managers appeared. Please click HERE to learn more.
Ability to change the group/requestor on a request
Admins now have an action button that will allow them to change a requestor/group on an existing request. Currently, this feature only exists for ONE-TIME events. Please click HERE to learn more.
Check for conflicts when Editing multiple events
Users with the Edit Requests permission will now see if their Edits are causing conflicts. They will need double-booking permission to proceed with changes when something is conflicting. Please click HERE to learn more.
Integration with ClassLink!
MasterLibrary now integrates with ClassLink for ML Schedules. Please contact ClassLink if you're interested as there will be an internal training and configuration on their end.
Request Form Improvements
Request Form by Classification
Admins can now configure certain fields only to be seen by specific classifications. This means each classification will have its own unique request form when requesting particular spaces. Please click HERE to learn more (Video included in parent article)
Implementing Documents on the Request Form
Admins can now set up documents that appear on the request form on a per-request basis. A good example of this would be a PDF file of all the room layouts requestors can choose from. When this is done, the requestor can download the file, pick their option, and then upload it to their request for approvers and admins to see. Please click HERE to learn more (Video included in parent article)
Default Setup/Breakdown Times
District Admins can now create a default Setup/Breakdown at the district level in the General Settings. In addition, specific Setup/Breakdown times can be set for specific spaces. Please click HERE to learn more.
The hierarchy will work in Space > General Setting. This allows specific spaces to have specific times that override the general setting; for example, an auditorium might default to an hour for all events. Meanwhile, all district events will be set to minutes. This will ensure all reservations have proper setup and breakdown times and prevent conflicts.
Notification Improvements
Invoice Paid Email
Users will now receive an email when their invoice gets a payment or is paid in full. Please click HERE to learn more.

End-User Cancelation Update
When a user cancels their own request via the classification setting, we will notify more users. When the status was pending previously, only approvers got the emails, and admins were not looped in. We have updated this logic to include district admins in getting the cancelation emails.
Disable Specific Users from getting emails
Some districts want the ability to turn off emails for specific users, including some vendors. Admins can now go to the manage users page and edit the user. From there, they can decide if they get emails or not. Please click HERE to learn more.
General Improvements
Ability to Mass-update Space Notes
Admins can now go to the Manage Spaces page and update all of their space notes in one action. Please click HERE to learn more.
My Requests page update
We updated the logic on this page to only show requests that this person has submitted or requests someone submitted on their behalf. Previously, it showed all requests associated with their groups. We have a new page where they can still see all requests within their group. Please click HERE to learn more.
Edit Event Date
We fixed the editing of dates; previously, when editing a date from a Multi-Recurring request, you had to check off the times for the save to go through. This has been addressed, so only the date needs to be checked again.
Invoice Logic Update
Some logic was previously implemented that did not work for many of our customers' use cases. So, based on customer feedback, we revamped credits on invoicing for a smoother process. Please click HERE to learn more.
Printing an Invoice
We made an update that will prevent draft invoices from moving to Open after completing the print action. Please click HERE to learn more.
Hide Setup/Breakdown times when viewing the calendar
We added a personal setting for anyone viewing the calendar. They can now decide whether to see the setup and breakdown settings. Please click HERE to learn more.
Viewing All Files associated with a schedule
Admins can now view all files within a schedule from an overview. This will help admins ensure they have all the files and correct information before approving a request, including uploaded contracts. Please click HERE to learn more.
New settings to enforce budget codes
Admins can now go under the invoice setup page and enforce budget codes based on Space, Fields, and additional charges. Please click HERE to learn more.
Require Budget Codes on Spaces: Having this set to yes will force a budget code when editing or adding a space.
Require Budget Codes on Fields: Having this set to yes will force a budget code when editing or adding a field.
Require Budget Codes on Additional Charges: Having this set to yes will force a budget code when editing or adding a additional charge.
