Integrate with Skybox – ML Schedules

With the Manage District Settings user permission, users can set up an integration with Skybox. This integration syncs athletic events from Skybox to . Events pulled from Skybox don't go through the approval process.

Important: Athletic integrations are optional add-on purchases. They aren't included with Schedules. A separate, active Skybox subscription is required for Follett to enable and maintain the sync. If the add-on hasn't been purchased or renewed, the integration may be disabled, and athletic events won't sync. Contact Sales for current pricing and availability.

Before you start, do the following:

Confirm Locations in Skybox match the space names in Schedules.
In Skybox, copy the iCal URL.

To set up the integration:

Select Admin > Settings > Integration Settings.
Scroll down to iCal Calendar URLs and click + Add URL. The iCal Url pop-up appears.
In the Url field, paste the iCal URL you copied from Skybox.
From the Event Types drop-down, select the event types.
Click Save.
Click Save Integration Settings.
Scroll down and click Pull iCal Events.

Skybox events now appear in Schedules.
