Integrate with Rank One

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with Rank One. This allows athletic games in Rank One to sync to Schedules.

To set up the integration:

1. Before you start, check the following:

   •  Space names in Rank One match space names in Schedules.

   •  Facility names in Rank One match site names in Schedules. 

   •  Events must be linked to a facility in Rank One that also exists in Schedules.

   •  Events must have a from or start time.

2. Contact Rank One to create an iCal link.

3. Submit a ticket to Follett tech support, and provide the iCal link. Tech support will complete the integration.

   Note: If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist.

Rank One events now appear in Schedules.
