Integrate with EventLink

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with EventLink. This allows athletic games in EventLink to sync to Facilities Schedules.

To set up the integration:

1. Before you start, make sure the location names in EventLink exactly match the space names in Schedules.
2. Contact EventLink for an API token.

3. Submit a ticket to Facilitiessupport@follettsoftware.com and provide the API token. Tech Support will complete the integration, and perform a manual sync.

   Notes:  If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist. After the initial manual sync, events will sync nightly.

EventLink events now appear in Schedules.

Troubleshooting:

• If an event is not syncing, verify the location details.
• If the event is still missing, contact Facilitiessupport@follettsoftware.com and include a screenshot of the missing event.
