Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with DragonFly Athletics. This allows athletic events in DragonFly to sync to Schedules.

To set up the integration:

Before you start, check the following:
• Facility names in DragonFly match space names in Schedules.
• Events must be linked to a facility in DragonFly that also exists in Schedules.
• Specific facilities must be in DragonFly for the integration to work. You cannot use the building.
• Events must have a from or start time.
- Enable data sharing in DragonFly.

Submit a ticket to Follett tech support, and provide the School ID. Tech support will complete the integration.
Note: If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist.
DragonFly events now appear in Schedules.
To enable away game integrations:
| Important: This will bring over all events in your schedule associated with a location that does not match a space in Schedules. Only use this setting if you want to bring in away games. |
- In Schedules, select Admin > Settings > Integration Settings.

Next to Default Space for Away Games, select a space.
Note: It is recommended to create a space named Away Games. - Click Save Integration Settings.
