Integrate with DragonFly – ML Schedules

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with DragonFly Athletics. This lets athletic events in DragonFly sync to Schedules.

Notes:

Events automatically update every hour.
When the DragonFly School ID is removed, all events made through the integration are automatically deleted.

Important: Athletic integrations are optional, add-on purchases. They are not included in Facilities Schedules. A separate, active DragonFly subscription is required for Follett to enable and maintain the sync. If the add-on has not been purchased or renewed, the integration may be disabled and athletic events will not sync. Contact Sales for current pricing and availability.

To set up the integration:

Before you start, confirm the following:

• Facility names in DragonFly match space names in Schedules.

• Events are linked to a facility in DragonFly that also exists in Schedules.

• Specific facilities are in DragonFly for the integration to work. You cannot use the building.

• Events have a from or start time.
Enable data sharing in DragonFly.
Submit a ticket to Facilitiessupport@follettsoftware.com, and provide the School ID. Tech Support completes the integration.

Note: If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist.

DragonFly events now appear in Schedules.

To enable away game integrations:

Important: This will bring over all events in your schedule associated with a location that does not match a space in Schedules. Only use this setting if you want to bring in away games.

In Schedules, select Admin > Settings > Integration Settings.
Next to Default Space for Away Games, select a space.

Note: It is recommended to create a space named Away Games.
Click Save Integration Settings.
