Integrate with Bound

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with Bound Sports and Activities Management Software. This allows events in Bound to sync to Schedules.

To set up the integration:

1. Before you start, check the following:

   •  Locations in Bound must match the space names in Schedules.
   •  Events must have a start and end time.

2. Create an iCal link in Bound.
    

3. Submit a ticket to Follett tech support, and provide the iCal link. Tech support will complete the integration.

   Note: If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist.

Bound events now appear in Facilities Schedules.
