Integrate with Arbiter Sports

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up an integration with ArbiterSports. This allows athletic events in ArbiterSports to sync to Schedules.

To set up the integration:

1. Before you start, check the following:

   •  Space names in ArbiterSports match space names in Schedules. (space name should not include any commas)

   •  Events must be linked to a space in ArbiterSports that also exists in Schedules.

   •  Events must have a from or start time.

2. Create an iCal link in ArbiterSports.

   Important: You must exclude tournament related events for the integration to work.

3. Submit a ticket to Facilitiessupport@follettsoftware.com, and provide the iCal link. Tech Support will complete the integration.

   Note: If you are currently onboarding, contact your Implementation Specialist.

ArbiterSports events now appear in Schedules.
