Integrate with rSchools

Users with the Manage District Setting user permission can set up an integration with rSchool. This allows athletic events in rSchool to sync to Schedules

To set up the integration:

1. Before you start, check the following:

   •  Space names in rSchool match space names in Schedules.

   •  Facility names match in rSchool match site names in Schedules.

   •  Events must be linked to a facility in rSchool that also exist in Schedules.

   •  Events must have a from or start time.

2. In rSchool, create an iCal link for each facility you want to sync to Schedules.

3. In Schedules, do the following:

   a.  Select Locations > Manage Spaces.

   b.  Next to the space you want, click . A pop-up appears.

   c.  Under Import iCal, click +Add Url. 

   
   A pop-up appears.

   

   d.  Do the following:

             i.  Next to Url, enter the desired rSchool iCal URL.
            ii.  Select the desired Event Types.
          iii.  Click Save.

4. Click Save again.
5. Repeat for any additional facilities you want to link.

rSchool events now appear in Schedules.
