Improvements to Overall User Experience
Ability to copy Roles/Permissions/Notify/Approval Paths from one user to another user
Transferring Roles/Permissions/Notify/Approval Paths from one user to another can now be done in just a couple of clicks, saving you time when updates are needed. Under the actions menu on the Manage Users page, you will now notice a "Copy User" selection.
You can then select the User you want to copy from, and the users you're looking to copy to. Checking off the check boxes below will transfer that information from the old user, to the new users you want to copy to.

Notification Bell with Notification Thread
Users will now have access to a Bell icon to the right of the profile button that will have a red notification bubble with a number on it representing the number of new notifications the user has.
Once the user clicks the bell, their notification thread will appear where they can take a look at their new notifications and get caught up with all new notifications.
By clicking the toggle button, users can switch from all notifications, to just those that are unread. To mark a notification as "read", simply click the blue check mark icon to mark them one at a time, or the Mark All Read button to mark all new notifications as "read".
For more information on the notification center, please view our full support article here.
Updated Group Tab when adding or editing a user
Clicking into the group tab when editing a user now displays a table showing the groups that the individual is a manager of, whether or not they're the primary group manager, as well as other information about that group.
From this tab, the user can be added to another group by clicking the Add User to Group(s) button.

General Improvements
There Is Now a Section when Editing a User with Some Context for Why They Can't Be Inactivated or Deleted
When editing a user, there may be Inactivate, or Delete buttons at the bottom of that page. If a button does not appear, the reasoning as to why the user can't be Inactivated or Deleted will be stated at the bottom of the edit user page.
Admin users can now delete a field that has already been used
This is an admin only permission that will allow users to delete a field even if it has already been used without reaching out to us here at MasterLibrary. Deleting a field will delete it from any requests or invoices for good. Note: This action is irreversible and you will get a confirmation when completing this action.
A prompt to let the user know this action is irreversible will then be shown.
For more information on managing fields, please view our full support article here.
Ability to Merge a Space with Another Space
Similar to the merge groups function within ML Schedules, admin users now have the opportunity to merge a space with another space. In doing this, requests from the old space will be updated to the new space it has been merged to. Note: When merging a space to a new one, the old space will be deleted and is irreversible.
Once you click the merge button, you'll be prompted to select the space that you wish to merge the old space to.
A prompt to let the user know this action is irreversible will then be shown.
For more information on managing spaces, please view our full support article here.
Ability to choose what updates you want to make when editing a recurring event
Users with the edit events permission can now choose what fields they want to update on a recurring or multi-space recurring request.
Each field will have its own checkbox to indicate you want to update the corresponding field.
For more information on edit recurring requests, please view our full support article here.
