Improvements to Overall User Experience
On View All Occurrences page, the send invoice options are now under the "Actions" button
Previously, these options were located under the "Update Status" dropdown menu in the program. They can now be located under the "Actions" drop down menu.

History of All Notes Sent to a Group
Under the Email Log tab via the "Manage Groups" page, the history of all notes that are sent to a group will be stored here for easy access.

Users Now Have the Ability to Cancel Single Instance Events While The Event is in a "Pending" Status
Previously, the only option was for a user was to decline the request while in a "Pending" status. Cancelling an event is now an option in this case.
All Fields Are Now Included When Adding a Space
Previously, no fields were included when a new spaces was added which could lead to confusion. Going forward, all fields will be defaulted to checked off, including them on the space. Any field can be removed from the space if needed by unchecking the boxes under the fields section.

Improvements to Invoicing
Users Now Have the Ability to Send an Invoice email to Any User
When selecting the email option on an invoice on the "Actions" drop down, there is now a pop up where users can search on the individual(s) they want to send the invoice to.

Budget Codes can be added to Spaces, Fields, and Additional Charges
Users now have the opportunity to associate a budget code to a space, field, or even an additional charge. This will allow for more accurate reporting on budget codes.

Improvements to Reporting
Group Classification Is Now a Selectable Column on The Revenue Report
When a user views this report, there is no longer the need to go back into the manage groups page to see what classification a group is, it'll be right in the report as a column.

New "Fields Report"
This new report will allow users to report on all of the "fields/Questions" associated with your district's request forms within ML Schedules. Users will find this new report under Reports > Field Report.
The following filters will be available for this report for a given time frame: Site, Space, Requestor, Start Time, End Time, Classification Name, and Group. The default columns are limited. However, there are a bunch of columns that can be added to your report. This reports functionality is to report on the questions answered on the request forms for each request.

Group Classification Is Now Listed on Invoices
Clicking the group name when viewing an invoice will pull up the group details, including classification so users no longer have to go to the manage groups page to view that information while invoicing.
Once the group name is clicked, the full group details will open.

Improvements to Request Process
All Group Managers Are Now Displayed on The "Request Detail" Page
On the request detail page under the group tab, the group managers will be listed in case a user needs to get in contact with a group. This will prevent them from having to click into the group to find out the managers.
Improvements to User Interface
Canceled Events Will Now Be Crossed out On the Calendar List View
Previously the only way to see if an event was canceled on the list view of the calendar, a user would have to click into it to view the full details. Now, the event will be crossed off as a visual clue that the event has been canceled.
