Users with the Manage District Settings or Space Approver user permission or Edit Requests role permission can mass edit and cancel requests. They can also respond to recurring requests at once, including mass approve, decline, and put on hold.
To mass edit recurring events:
- Select View > All Pending Requests or View All Requests.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The request appears.
- In the top-right, click View All Occurrences. A list of all occurrences appears.

Do one of the following:
• To select all events, select the Id checkbox.
• Select the checkboxes of each occurrence you want. - Click Edit. A pop-up appears.

Make the desired edits.
Note: You can add up to six attachments to multiple requests at once. - Click Save. The system looks for any conflicts.

If a conflict is found, you must change the request to avoid the conflict.
Note: Users with the Double Book role permission can override the conflict by selecting a checkbox. -
To look for additional conflicts, click Save again. When no conflicts are found, a pop-up appears.

Do any of the following:
• For any group of users you do not want to notify, deselect their checkbox.
• To Recalculate Fee, select the checkbox.Notes:
- If you select this, Schedules recalculates all fees applied to the request, not just the selected fields.
- To add a custom fee instead of automatically calculating it, leave the checkbox deselected.
- Click Save.
