Users with the View Reports permission can view any changes that were made on a request.
| Note: You will only be able to view requests at the building in which the View Reports permission is assigned. |
To view a request's history:
Do one of the following:
• On the Calendar, click an event.
• Select View > View All Requests. Then, next to the request you want, click
.
The Request Details page appears.
Click the History tab.
Do any of the following:
• Click Approval History.
Note: Approval History includes the approval step, the approver, and the day and time the request was approved. • Click Contract History.
Note: Contract History includes when the contract was sent and by whom. • Click E-mail History.
Note: E-mail History includes the email subject, body, who it was sent by, who it was sent to, the sent-to email address, and the day and time it was sent.
