Preview a request form

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can preview request forms.

To preview a request form:

1. Select Locations > Manage Spaces. The Manage Spaces page appears.

2. Select Actions > Preview Request Form. A pop-up appears.

   

3. Select a Classification, Site, and Space.

   Notes: Sites and spaces will not appear if there are no groups associated with the selected classification.

4. Click Preview Request Form.

A sample request form appears.
