Users with the Manage Site Settings user permission can configure Gallery View to show images of sites and spaces. Then, users can make a request directly from the gallery.
This is a multi-step process.
- Upload a homepage image.
- Upload building and site images.
- Upload space images.
Step 1: Upload a homepage image.
| Important: Images must be landscape format. They will appear with a fixed height of 500 pixels, and automatically adjust the width to maintain the aspect ratio. |
- Select Admin > Settings.
Click Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
Under Gallery View Settings, do the following:
a. Click Upload Gallery View Home Image.
b. Upload the desired image.
Note: Images must be landscape. c. Click Open. A preview image appears.
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Public Display Settings.
- Copy and paste the link where you want your users to access it.
Step 2: Upload building site images.
- Select Locations > Manage Sites.
- Next to the site you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
On the Display tab, under Public Display, do the following:
a. Click Choose File.
b. Upload the desired image.
Note: Images must be landscape. c. Click Open. A preview image appears.
- Select the Include in Gallery View checkbox.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for all sites you want to appear in the gallery.
Step 3: Upload space images.
- Select Locations > Manage Spaces.
- Next to the space you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
Under Public Display, do the following:
a. Click Choose File.
b. Upload the desired image.
Note: Images must be landscape. c. Click Open. A preview image appears.
- Select the Include in Gallery View checkbox.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for all images you want to appear in the gallery for this space.
- Repeat for all spaces you want to appear in the gallery.
