Run a Space Rate Report

Users with the View Financial Reports role permission can see a report listing all their spaces and fees by classification.

You can filter by site, and edit spaces directly from this report.

You can also add a space, mass update space rates, or print a PDF.

To run the report:

1. Select Reports > Space Rate Report. The report appears.

   

1. Do any of the following:
   • To filter by space, use the Select Site drop-down.
   • To export a PDF, select Actions > Export All data to PDF. The report appears.
   • To edit an existing space:
     1. Next to the space you want, click .
     2. Make any desired edits.
     3. Click Save.
