Users with the View Financial Reports role permission can view an invoice line item report. It shows specific charges associated with a building within a date range, as well as the total number of invoices and their total dollar amount.
This report is useful for business office staff and Admins for financial reporting. You can filter by date, and customize your view of this page.
To run the report:
Select Reports > Invoice Line Item Report. The report appears.
- To filter by date:
- Next to Invoice Date, enter your desired start and end date.
- Click View. The report updates automatically.
To add or remove a column, do the following:
Note: All custom fields for requests are available as selectable columns. Next to any column you want, click
. The following pop-up appears.
- Hover over Columns. A slide-out appears.
- Select or deselect the checkbox for each column, based on whether or not you want it to appear.
- Click Filter.
- Do any of the following:
- To print a PDF, select Actions > Print. The report is sent to your Downloads folder.
- To export to Excel, select Actions > Export to Excel. The report is sent to your Downloads folder.
