Users with the View Financial Reports role permission can see a revenue report. It shows the total number of payments, number of refunds, total number of groups that made payments, and total amount received.
The Revenue Report is useful for business office staff and Admins for financial reporting. You can filter by date, and customize your view of this page.
To run the report:
Do one of the following:
• Select Reports > Revenue Report.
• Select Payments > View All Payments.
The report appears.
Do any of the following:
• To filter by date:
a. Next to Payment Date, enter your desired start and end day and time.
b. Click View.
• To view invoice details for a specific payment, next to the payment you want, click.
• To see the total revenue for each classification:a. In the Classification column, click
.
b. Select the checkbox of the classification(s) you want.
c. Click Filter.
• To see all refunds:a. In the Transaction Type column, click
.
b. Select the checkbox of the transaction type(s) you want.
c. Click Filter.
• To export report data, at the bottom-right, do either of the following:o To print a PDF, click
.
o To export to Excel, click
.
• To receive a payment:a. Click Receive Payment.
b. Do any of the following:
o Select a group, method, and budget code.o Enter a check number and payment date.
o Add any desired notes or attachments.
c. Click Receive Payment.
