Users with the View Financial Reports role permission can see a group balance report. It shows all groups with an invoice created during a specific time period. You can view the total amount invoiced, total payments received, and balance due for each group, as well as any credits issued or applied to accounts.
This report is useful for business office staff and Admins for financial reporting. You can filter by date, and customize your view of this page.
To run the report:
Select Reports > Group Balance Report. The report appears.
- Do any of the following:
- To filter by date:
- Next to Invoice Date, enter your desired start and end date.
- Click View.
- To view invoice details for a group, next to the group you want, click

- To search for a specific group or manager:
- In the search bar, enter a keyword.
- Click
- To use filters:
- In any column, click

- Select the checkbox of the filter(s) you want.
- Click Filter.
- In any column, click
- To export report data, at the bottom-right, do either of the following:
- To print a PDF, click
- To export to Excel, click
