ML Schedules™ K12 Facility Request Software allows District Admins to create request forms tailored to their district needs. Admins can organize their sections and fields in a specific order for extensive customization.
Managing the Request Form
1. Go to Admin > Manage Request Form.
Sections Order Tab
The sections order tab displays the four sections already in the program. From there, you can click and drag the sections to choose their order.
When you click and drag, this will automatically save. Anyone with the "Manage District Settings" permission can adjust the section order at any time.
Fields Tab
This tab is the old Manage Fields page. From this page, you can Add/Edit fields and make them dependent on each other. For a full breakdown of this page, please click HERE.
Previewing the Request Form
1. Select the Actions button at the upper right of the screen. Then select "Preview Request Form".
2. Select a Classification.
3. Select a Site.
4. Select a Space.
5. Click Preview Request Form
Note: If you select a classification that has NO groups, nothing is going to display.
An example of your request form will now be displayed.
Nothing can be done after the preview is displayed, when you're done reviewing the form you can click the x icon at the top right.
Fields Order Tab
The fields order tab displays the fields already in the program. From there, you can filter on a specific section and then choose the order of those fields within that section. The hierarchy works from left to right and then top to bottom.
