Administrators inside ML Schedules can access One-Time Events and modify the requestor and group if the information is inaccurate.
For this feature to be available, the following conditions need to be met:
- if the request status is PENDING.
- if the request has NOT been invoiced yet.
- if the request is a one-time event only.
- The user has the “Manage District Settings” permission.
(Note: A One-time Event that is submitted at multiple spaces is considered a multi space request, which does not meet this criteria.)
Utilizing the Feature
1. Click on a Pending request that has yet to be invoiced.
2. Click the Actions button at the top right.
3. Select Change Group/Requestor
4. Your existing group from the request will appear by default. You can select a new group if needed, and the respective manager list will appear.
5. Choose if you want to send email notifications to old and new requestors.
6. Click the Save Button.
