Admins in ML Schedules can now configure a public view for end users to submit requests and see their facilities.
Setting up the Feature
Setting up Public Display
1. Go to Admin > Settings > Public Display tab.
2. Upload the image of your choosing (Homepage image).
Note: Recommended Image (Height = 400px Width = 1920px )
3. The link below the feature is what is provided to your end users when this is fully configured.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Setting up Building Images
1. Go to Locations > Manage Sites from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select the pencil icon () next to the site.
3. Click the public display drop-down.
4. Upload the image of your choosing.
5. Click the checkbox for this building to appear in the Gallery View.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Setting up Space Images
1. Go to Locations > Manage Spaces from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select the pencil icon () next to the site.
3. Click the Images drop-down.
4. Upload the image of your choosing.
5. Click the checkbox for this building to appear in the Gallery View.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Repeat this process for each facility you want to use in the Gallery View.
Utilizing the Feature
1. Go to your district's link found under your public display.
2. Upon clicking that link, your homepage will display with the first three buildings.
Note: You can use the next and previous buttons to scroll through the other buildings.
3. Click on the building of your choosing, and the individual facilities will be displayed. You can also filter by building to Space Type at the top of the page.
Once the building has been clicked any spaces for that building that were enabled for the Gallery View will be displayed.
Note: You can click on an image to view the gallery for that specific space/facility.
4. Click the "Make Request" button under the facility you would like.
5. Fill out the remaining request information - The space and building will automatically be selected for you along with your group.

End users can view this page if it is on your website since the link is public. However, they cannot submit a request without an approved group.
In order to proceed, they can log in if they have an account, or register for a new account.
