Users with the Manage District Setting or Space Approver user permission or Edit Requests or Approve on Behalf of Others role permission can revert a cancellation. This moves the request back to the Approved status.
To undo a cancellation on a single event:
Click View > View All Requests. The Manage Requests page appears.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The request appears.
- On the Status drop-down, select Undo Cancel. A pop-up appears.
- Select which users you want to Send Update Email to.
- Enter any desired Notes.
To hide the note from the requestor or group, select the Internal Notes Only checkbox.
Notes:
- Internal notes are visible by other approvers.
- External notes are visible to the user and group who submitted the request.
- Click Save.
The confirmation will appear it was moved back to approved, and the Status will be updated.
To undo a cancellation on a recurring event:
- Click View > View All Requests. The Manage Requests page appears.
- Next to the request you want, click
or
.
- Select the Canceled Events you want to move back to approved.
- Select Actions > Undo Cancel. A pop-up appears.
Do the following:
a. Enter any desired notes.
b. To hide the note from the requestor or group, select the Internal Notes Only checkbox.
7. Click Save. A confirmation appears.
The selected events will appear under the Status Approved.
