Users with the Manage District Settings or Space Approvers user permission or Edit Requests role permission can edit individual requests.
To edit an individual event:
- Select View > All Pending Requests or View All Requests.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The Request Details page appears.
- Click Edit.
Make the desired edits.
Notes:
- You can enter the start and end time down to the minute, such as 8:12 pm.
- You can add up to six attachments at once.
Click Save. A pop-up appears.
Do any of the following:
• For any group of users you do not want to notify, deselect their checkbox.• If you do not want to notify anyone, deselect all of the checkboxes.
• To Recalculate Fee, select the checkbox.
Notes:
- If you select this, Schedules recalculates all fees applied to the request, not just the selected fields.
- To add a custom fee instead of automatically calculating it, leave the checkbox deselected.
- Click Save.
