You can view the Manage Requests pages with several pre-set filters. This lets you quickly find the request you want. Your selections will vary based on role and user permissions. To see every request, you need the View All Requests role permission.
To view requests:
- Click View.
Select any of the following:
Filter Displays My Requests All requests you have submitted or were submitted on your behalf.
Note: This defaults to show upcoming events. Use the search box or filters to find past events. Awaiting My Approval All requests awaiting action from you. View All Requests All requests in the system with recurring requests showing as multiple items. All Pending Requests All submitted requests in the approval process. On Hold Requests All requests that have been assigned the On Hold status. Upcoming Events All future events. Future Conflicts All requests that conflict with another request based on time or location.
Notes:
- If a space is set to always available, no conflicts will show.
- Users with the Manage District Settings or Space Approver user permission or the Approve On Behalf Of Others role permission can see conflict details.
Awaiting Payment All requests that have an outstanding balance. Schedule View All requests in the system with recurring requests showing as one item. To filter further, use the Search bar to enter an event ID, event title, group name, or requestor.
Note: This searches all events, past and future. - To Clear All Filters, click the button.
