Users with the Manage District Settings user permission and Group Managers can copy an existing event and schedule it for another date.
To copy a request:
- Select View > View All Requests. The Manage Requests page appears.
- Next to the request you want, click
. The request details page appears.
- Select Actions > Copy. The request form pre-populates with the site and space from the original request.
- Select the Group, Frequency, and Date & Time Information for the new request.
- Click View Availability.
- If the date(s) and time(s) are available, click Continue. The Event Information page pre-populates with the information from the original request.
Do any of the following:
Note: Your options depend on your permissions. a. Make any desired changes.
b. Upload any files.
c. If any contacts are listed for the group, to notify them of changes to this request, select the checkbox next to their name.
d. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by selecting the checkbox.
e. To receive a confirmation email, select the checkbox.
f. Sign the form. To reset the signature box, click
.
- Review the costs, and agree to the estimate by selecting the checkbox.
- Click Confirm & Submit Request. A confirmation message appears.
You can view, edit, or delete your requests at View > My Requests.
