Users with the Can Delete Requests user permission can delete events that have not been invoiced. You can also view an event's delete history.
To delete an event:
- Select View > View All Requests.
Next to the request you want,
• For an individual event, click
.
• For recurring, multiple, or multi-recurring events, click
.
- Select Actions > Delete. A confirmation appears.
- Click Yes.
The request is removed from the system on all tables and reports, including the calendar.
