Users can see a calendar of approved requests. You can search, filter results, and change the view.

To run the report:
Do any of the following:
- Select Reports > Calendar Report.
- In the side-menu, click Calendar.
A monthly calendar of approved requests appears.
Note: You can customize the color-code for your calendar by site, space, or event type. - Do any of the following to narrow the displayed results:
- Enter a request ID, event name, requestor name, group name, or schedule ID in the Search field.
- To change the month or year:
- Next to the month and year, click
.
- Select the desired month and year.

- To filter by category:
- Click Filter.
Select your desired filters.
Note: Depending on permissions, available filters are:
- Site
- Space
- Space Type
- Classification
- Group
- Status (Approved, Canceled, Pending, On Hold, and Awaiting Payment)
- Event Type
- Field
- Public & Private Events
- All Info & Blocked Dates
- Assigned Users/Unassigned Requests
- Day of the Week
- Click Search.
- To save a filter, enter a name, and click Save Filters.
- To view a saved filter, click Saved Filters, then, select the desired filter from the drop-down.
- To clear the filters, click Filter, then deselect the desired filters.
- To change the calendar view:
To see a specific calendar view, click Month, Week, or Day.
Note: The Week and Day view show what is happening each hour. - To view a chronological list for events during a specific week, click List.
- To view a list of facilities for a specific day by hours, click Timeline.
- To view the location legend, click
. Click again to return to the calendar.
- To change the Calendar Display Settings:
- Click
.
- Select the Event Information you want to show.
To Use Compact Calendar View, select the checkbox.
Note: This shows a + more link instead of listing every event on a day. To see all events for a specific day, click + more. This is recommended if you have many events per day.
- Click
To Consolidate Multiple Spaces, select the checkbox.
Note: This is a personal view only setting that lets you view one calendar entry if an event is scheduled at multiple spaces or sites. - Click Close.
To print, click
, then follow your browser's instructions.
Note: Before printing the calendar, be sure your left-side menu is collapsed.
