Run a Grid Report

Users with the View Reports role permission can see requests by space in a grid view. The space is on the left, and blocks of time are across the top. Blocks of time shown include: 

• 7:00 am - 2:30 pm 
• 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm 
• 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm 
• 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm 
• 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm 

You can filter results to narrow your search by start date, number of days shown (one, three, or five), and site. 

To run the report: 

1. Select Reports > Grid Report. The report appears. 

   

2. Do any of the following:

   •  To filter by date, next to Start Date, enter the desired date. 

   •  To change the number of days shown, use the drop-down to select 1 Day, 3 Days, or 5 Days. 

   •  To filter by site, in the Select Site drop-down, select the desired site.
