Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set a default view for the district calendar. Districts share a the calendar via a link in the following formats:
- List view
- Calendar view
- Grid view
- Dated List view
To set a default calendar view:
- Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings.

Under Public Calendar Display Settings, do any of the following:
a. Next to Default Public Display View, select one of the following:
• Monthly
• List
b. To remove the Subscribe and New Request buttons from the calendar, select Yes.
c. To allow users to filter calendar events, next to the following fields, select Yes:
• Show Classification Filter
• Show Group Filter
• Show Status Filter
• Show Event Type Filter
• Show Field Filter
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Public Display Settings.
To set a default calendar view:
- Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings.

Under View Settings, next to the calendar view you want, copy the link you want.
Note: You can choose List View, Calendar View, Grid View, and Dated List View. - Paste the URL in your district calendar using an iframe.
List View: Event name, Date, Start and End Time, and Space are shown in list format.

Dated List view: Event name, Date, Start and End Time, and Space are shown in a list format with a calendar icon.
To set up Dated List view color-coding:
The dated list view lets you color-code the feed to match each building at your district's website.
- Select Locations > Manage Sites.
- Next to the site you want, click
.
- On the Display tab, next to Embedded List View Color, enter the desired hex code or choose a color from the palette that appears.
- Click Save.
