Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can enable a calendar setting that lets you color-code events by location or event type.
To change the calendar legend:
- Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
- In the Events Display Settings section, next to Color Code Events in Calendar, select Location or Event Type.
Scroll down, and click Update All Events' Visibility. A confirmation appears.
Note: The changes will apply to all future events, as well as the past three months. - Click OK.
