Group managers can add a note or attachment to a previously submitted request. Adding a note or attachment automatically notifies users with the Space Approver user permission.
To add a note:
- Select View > My Requests. The My Requests page appears.
- Next to the request you want, click

- On the Notes tab, enter any desired note.
- Click Add/Save Note.
To add an attachment:
- Select View > My Requests. The My Requests page appears.
- Next to the request you want, click
.
On the Files tab, do the following:
a. Click Choose File.
b. Select the desired file.
c. Click Open.
- Click Add Files.
