Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can replace an internal staff member with a another user. All roles, permissions, and approval paths are removed from the original and added to the replacement user. You must add a user before you can use them as a replacement.
To replace a user:
Select Users > Manage Users. The Manage Users page appears.
Next to the user you want to replace, click
. A pop-up appears.
- Next to Replace them with, select the desired user.
- Click Save.
