Users with the Manage District Settings or Group Classification Manager user permission can send a welcome email to a user or group manager at any time.
| Note: An admin can update the welcome email template under Admin > Manage Email Templates. |
To send a welcome email:
Do one of the following:
• To send to a user, select Users > Manage Users. The Manage Users page appears.
• To send to a group manager, select Users > Manage Groups. The Manage Groups page appears.
Next to the desired user or group manager, click
. A pop-up appears.
- Enter any Optional Notes.
- Click Send E-mail.
The user or group manager receives an email with a password token. They can then set their own password to log in.
