Facilities Schedules allows you to reset a forgotten password. You can also change a password in your profile.
| Important: If your account is SSO (Single Sign On) with Google, Microsoft, or LDAP Active Directory, contact your technology team to reset your password. |
To reset your password:

Go to the district Facilities Schedules login page.
- Click Forgot Password?.The Password Reset page appears.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.

Click Send Reset Email. A confirmation appears.

In the email you received, click the link to set your password. The Password Reset page appears.

Enter a new password, and confirm it.
Note: Your new password must have a minimum of 8 characters. - Click Save Password.
- Click Go To Login.
- Log in with your new password.
