Create a desktop or mobile shortcut

You can create a shortcut to Facilities Schedules on your desktop or mobile device.

Desktop shortcut

Adding an icon to your desktop homepage will create a shortcut. See your browser's help center:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari

Mobile device shortcut

For a user-friendly mobile experience, you can create a shortcut for Android and Apple products to access  with one click.

For Android products:

1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Open your login page for Facilities Schedules.

3. In the top-right corner, tap .

   

4. Select Add to Home screen. 
5. Edit the name for the shortcut, if desired.
   
6. Tap Add.
   The Facilities Schedules icon appears on your home screen.
    

For Apple products (including iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch):

1. Launch Safari.

   Note: Safari is the only browser that can create a shortcut.

2. Open your login page for Facilities Schedules.

3. At the bottom of the screen, tap .

   

4. Scroll down to the list of actions, and tap Add to Home Screen. 

   Note: If 'Add to Home Screen' doesn't appear:                     a.  Scroll to the bottom, and tap Edit Actions....                      b.  Tap Add to Home Screen.                      c.  Tap Done.

5. Enter a name, such as Schedules.

   

6. Tap Add.
