Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can manage the Schedules display settings. Settings are district-wide.
To manage display settings:
- Select Admin > Settings.
Click Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
To add a home image, under Gallery View Settings, do the following:
a. Click Upload Gallery View Home Image.
b. Upload the desired image.Note: The recommended image size is 400 px height by 1920 px width. c. Click Open. A preview image appears.
d. Copy and paste the link where you want your users to see it.
Under Events Display Settings, do any of the following:
Setting Select whether or not to... Embedded List View Color Enter a hex code to set the color of the listings on the Dated List View. Show Event Name Show the event name on the calendar. Show Group Name Show the group name on the calendar. Show Site Name Show the site name on the calendar. Show Space name Show the space name on the calendar. Hide Calendar for users without View Reports Show the calendar to users without the View Reports permission. Display Canceled Events on the Calendar Show canceled events on the calendar. Color Code Events in Calendar Show events color-coded by either Location or Event Type. Prevent Space Approvers from undoing Request Approval Prevent space approvers from changing approved requests by removing the Undo Approval button. Include Blocked Dates within iCal Feeds Show blocked dates in calendar integrations. Allow Creating Request from Calendar Remove the option to submit a request from the calendar. Under Public Calendar Display Settings, do any of the following:
Note: This section lets you decide what buttons and filters are available on the public-facing calendar. Setting Select whether or not to... Default Public Display View Set the calendar to a Monthly Calendar or a List View. Disable Calendar Buttons Remove the Subscribe and New Request buttons from the calendar. Show Classification Filter Allow users to filter by classification. Show Group Filter Allow users to filter by group. Show Status Filter Show Status Filter Allow users to filter by status. Show Event Type Filter Allow users to filter by event type. Show Field Filter Allow users to filter by field. Under Events Visibility Settings, do the following:
Setting Description Show Event Details to Public Show event details on the public calendar.
Note: If you select Hide, the space shows as unavailable. Rank visibility settings Drag and drop to arrange the order of visibility settings.
Notes:
- The highest item applies last and overrides lower settings.
- Rankings save automatically.
- Visibility settings for each group, site, space, and classification are set individually.
Visibility settings Select one of the following:
- To Show All Event Details to the public for all past and future events, click the button.
- To update the visibility ranking settings for all past events, click Update All Events' Visibility.
- To Hide All Event Details from the public for all past and future events, click the button.
- Click Save Public Display Settings.
To copy URL links to embed for different public views:
- Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
- Under View Settings, copy the link to the desired view.
- Paste where you would like users to access the link.
To view the change history:
- Select Admin > Settings > Display Settings. The Display Settings page appears.
In the top-right, click Change History. A pop-up appears.
