Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can view a log of all contract related transactions. You can see a copy of the contract and where they were sent.
To view contract history:
Do one of the following:
• On the Calendar, click an event.
• Select View > View All Requests. Then, next to the request you want, click
.
The Request Details page appears.
On the History tab, click Contract History.
Note: The Contract History includes when the contract was sent and by whom.
To view contract history from a group:
- Click Users > Manage Groups.
- Click the name of the group you want.
Select the Contracts tab.
Note: The Contracts tab includes the Contract ID, date and time it was sent sent and by whom, and any associated requests. - To view a copy of the contract, click
