Users with the Group Classification Manager user permission can require groups to be re-approved when a new insurance file is uploaded or the expiration date is updated.
To enable the requirement:
Select Users > Manage Classifications. The Manage Classifications page appears.
- Next to the classification you want, click

- On the General tab, next to Require Re-Approval of Group on updated Insurance, select Yes.
- Click Save.
When a group uploads a new insurance policy, its status moves to Pending Insurance. The group must be approved or declined before it can submit requests.
