If your district has set it up, requestors can use the 'Find a Space' feature to search available spaces that meet your criteria. Then, make a request.
To search for a space:
Select Requests > Find a Space. The 'Find a Space' page appears.
Under Find a Space, select a requestor or group.
Notes:
- This defaults to your name.
- If nothing is listed in the drop-down, you will need to create a group.
- You must have the Request on Behalf of Others user permission to use this option.
Do any of the following:
• Select a site(s).
• Select a space type(s).
• Select any applicable filters.
Example: You can use these filters to get the facility that works for you. For example, you need a soccer field, but the site doesn't matter. Leave the site blank, and select Soccer Field under space type. - Under Max Occupancy, enter the number of people you need to accommodate for the event.
- Enter the Date & Time information.
Click View Availability. The available spaces that meet your criteria appear.Note: You can click any available images to view them.
To request an available space:
- Next to the space you want, select the checkbox.
- Click Continue. The 'Make a Request' page appears.
- Ensure the pre-populated information is correct.
- Click Continue.
Do any of the following:
a. Enter any additional information.
b. Upload any files.
c. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by selecting the checkbox.
d. To receive a confirmation email, select the checkbox.
- Click Confirm & Submit Request. A confirmation message appears.
You can view, edit, or delete your requests at View > My Requests.
