Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up a time frame for when users can submit requests. This can be either:
- A number of calendar days
- A specific future date
To set up a time frame for request submissions:
Select Users > Manage Classifications. The Manage Classifications page appears.
- Next to the classification you want, click

On the Request Settings tab, next to Days in Future Allowed, do any of the following:
• Select Days, then enter the number of calendar days.
Note: The end date will continue to update. If you set the number at 180 days, requests will always be allowed within that time frame. • Select Date, then enter a month, day, and year.
Note: This is a hard end-date. No requests will be accepted after this date. To allow request submissions again, change the date. - Click Save.
