Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can enable and manage estimate settings. Estimates are automatically calculated from a request, and sent before an invoice. You can require a group to agree to an estimate before approving their request.
To manage estimate settings:
- Select Admin > Settings.
Click Estimate Settings. The Estimate Settings page appears.
Do any of the following:
Setting Do the following... Enable Sending Estimates Select Yes. Email Address to be CC'ed on Estimates Enter the email address for the district user you want to be cc'ed on estimates.
Note: This could be the district finance person, or the person who collects the fees for facility usage. Estimated Cost Text Enter any text you want to include with the estimate. Estimate E-mail Text Include any information you want to appear at the top of an estimate email. - Click Save Estimate Settings.
