Integrate with Apple iCalendar

Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can set up a one-way  iCalendar subscription using iCal. This allows  events in Facilities Schedules to appear on an iCalendar. You can choose an entire site, or a specific space within a site.

This is a two-step process.

1. Copy the integration link.

2. Link in iCalendar.

Step 1: Copy the integration link in Facilities Schedules:

1. Select Locations > Manage Sites or Locations > Manage Spaces.
2. Next to the site or space you want, click . A pop-up appears.
3. Click Copy link to Clipboard.

Step 2: Add the integration link in iCalendar.

The calendar is now available to view in iCalendar.
If the iCalendar integration is removed, all events created in iCalendar are also removed.
