Users with the Manage District Settings user permission can allow certain sites and spaces to be available only for specified group classifications.
To restrict a site:
Select Locations > Manage Sites. The Manage Sites page appears.
Next to the site you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
On the Display tab, under Classifications Allowed, do the following:
a. Next to each group classification you want to restrict from this site, deselect the checkbox.
b. To Override Space Classifications to apply these settings to all spaces in this site, select Yes.Note: This updates all spaces within this site with the selected classifications. - Click Save.
To restrict a space at a site:
Select Locations > Manage Spaces. The Manage Spaces page appears.
Next to the space you want, click
. A pop-up appears.
- Under Classifications Allowed, next to each group classification you want to restrict from this space, deselect the checkbox.
- Click Save.
